Mass Effect Latest News

Mass Effect 4, now officially Mass Effect: Andromeda was finally announced over the E3 convention last month, recently followed by additional news recaps for fans at the San Diego Comic Con this past weekend. BioWare fans, we can expect a holiday 2016 release!

It was confirmed in 2014 that the story WILL NOT feature the iconic Commander Shepard of the first three games, but the demo trailer DOES feature an N7 operative exploring new planets and terrains. (Plus return of the Mako.) Representations of the character can be seen online complete with questionably plausible female proportions and all.

A signed, sneakpeek concept art litho of Andromeda was also given away to fans who dropped by the Dark Horse booth at Comic Con. So here's a look at what the new game setting will look like:

In addition to the news releases, Dark Horse and BioWare have also collaborated to release this gorgeous Dragon Age: Inquisition playing card set:

Two new DLCs for Dragon Age: Inquisition have been released in the last couple months, plus a drool-worthy expansion to the earlier "Dragonslayer": if you haven't downloaded the Dragonslayer DLC yet, let's just say that that will unlock a *very* familiar fan favorite character!

FREE DLC: The Black Emporium "adds four high-level stores that sell epic weapons, powerful accessories, new crafting materials and schematics, and other hard-to-find items. Change your facial appearance with the Mirror of Transformation. Accessible from the war table, The Black Emporium provides even more ways to customize your Inquisition."

NEW DLC: Spoils of the Avvar "adds new personalization elements to your Inquisition, including the Avvar Mount Pack, which contains five different beasts to ride across Thedas. Charge into battle atop a war-painted mount! Bring the unfettered spirit of the Avvar to Skyhold with several options to customize your base. The Spoils of the Avvar content pack also includes two sets of unique armor as loot and schematics to give your party the advantage against your foes."
